Shipping Policies

 

When will my order be shipped?
We strive to have items shipped within 48 hours (or by Monday if the order is placed during the weekend).
 
If an item is not in stock, we will notify you when we receive the order to see how you would like to proceed. Some items such as customized equipment may require more lead time (e.g. 2-4 weeks).
 
How long will it take to arrive?

Although shipping times vary based on final destination, most packages shipped across Canada will arrive within 7 business days.
Orders within Ontario will typically ship in 2 to 4 business days.  
 
Orders from the United States generally ship in 7 to 14 business days and are handled by the US Postal Service once they have left Canada.
 
Our shipments are generally handled by Canada Post/USPS but we can arrange for expedited shipping for urgent shipments.  Please contact us at 519-489-0421 or at [email protected] for any special shipping arrangements.
 
Order Tracking?
When your order is initially placed and payment is approved, you will receive a confirmation email from our website with details and an order number.  This order number can be used if you have any questions about your shipment.  Call us at 519-489-0421 with such questions about your order.  You can also view the details of any past orders by logging in to our website and viewing the My Orders area.
 
When your order has been filled and shipped, you will get a second email to indicate that the order has been fulfilled and is on its way!
 
Shipping Costs?
When your order is placed, our shipping system calculates the shipping charges in advance and displays them on your order.
 
These will always be the shipping charges used to process your order and no additional charges will be applied.  We have no hidden shipping or handling fees.
